Competition ready sabre features best-in-class performance upgrades over the basic or advanced models. It comes standards with an StM Color blade with S2000 certification for use in USFA and FIE competition. This model is equipped with a German FwF sabre guard and insulation sleeve for better balance and a lighter feel. The grip has been upgraded to the FdN advanced model with an aluminum core. The socket, pommel, and pad are all German-made from FwF as well.

Blade Size: Size 5 is the normal size for anyone over 12 yrs old.  Size 2 or 0 blades are required for Y10 competition.  The size 2 is 3 inches shorter than a size 5 blade and a size 0 is 5 inches shorter than a size 5 blade.
