| The Kolobkov-Pro is the newest epee blade from Leon Paul. This is an FIE epee blade made from maraging steel and suitable for all fencing competitions up to and including the Olympic Games and World Championships.
Designed to be lightweight like Leon Paul's flagship epee blade, but with a stronger forte to provide more feeling for taking the blade. This is a marriage of the best elements of the BF (Blaise Frere) and Leon Paul blades.
The Blade combines the light weight and long lifespan of the Leon Paul V blade with the precise point control and balance of a BF. The balance point has in fact been moved 1cm back towards the hand from that of a BF blade and it weighs slightly less (10g). The surface has been peened to remove surface defects and increase the blade's durability. The K-Pro blade is finished in a deep gold and features Kolobkov's name laser-etched onto the forte.
