The Hybrid Stick provides highly effective relief for fatigued soft tissues and painful trigger points. It features multiple massaging spindles and a unique center wheel to roll knots out of muscle and stimulate the senses. The standard spindles are used to warm and loosen the target muscles. Deeper and well-localized usage is best performed by the center trigger wheel. The Hybrid Stick is 23" long and has 12 working spindles address most muscle groups and trigger points with ease.
This therapeutic procedure inactivates trigger points (muscle knots/kinks), warms muscle, increases circulation and encourages nutrient-rich blood flow. The Stick relieves pain, increases range of motion, promotes flexibility and accelerates recovery.
Self-treatment with the Hybrid Stick is comparable to massage, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Use this tool to warm up muscles, increase flexibility, and decrease muscle tension and pain.
Trigger Points
- Typical warm-up is about 20 progressively deeper passes over each muscle group (~30 seconds)
- Pain is experienced when the spindles locate a bump or tender knot in the muscle known as a trigger points.
- Muscles containing trigger points are often, weak, stiff and sore. They are frequently tight, easily tire and often hurt.
- Chronic trigger points need 20 additional passes over the involved area and may require attention several times daily.
Other features of the Hybrid Stick include:
- 12 standard spindles warm and loosen target muscles
- Deeper, well-localized trigger points respond favorably with the use of the center wheel
- Flexible structure designed to bow without the fear of breaking
- 23" length ideal for full-body use
- Desirable pressure easily controlled by user
