These are something of a standard item and easy to work with. However, one should be very aware of how much threads from the tang will be available to the nut for 3 reasons. #1: The nut threads do not start exactly at the end of the nut- there is a small 'cup' depression on the nut bottom which helps find the tang but gives you less thread than you might expect. #2 Unlike outside hex nuts, if the tang thread runs long you'll need to re-cut the tang as your hex wrench can no longer fit 'inside'. #3 The metal on these nuts is fairly soft and it is possible to strip the inside hex itself. Bottom line: If you like to swap blades and grips- this may not be for you. If you know what you like and stick with it these will make you very happy.
