| One of the hardest parts of the body to train is the hands. If you want to have stronger, quicker, more gifted hands, than you must train to have stronger, quicker, more gifted hands. The WAGs are the ultimate training aid to accomplish this goal.

The WAG puts weight and resistance right on the fingers, making for better workouts for increasing hand strength and speed. In our testing, 5 minutes of drill work with the WAG caused the same fatigue as a 20-30 minute technique driven individual lesson.

Along with the weights down every finger, the glove also has adjustable weights on the back of the hand. The glove can increase strength up to 40% and quickness up to 20%.
