| One of the hardest parts of the body to train is the hands. If you want to have stronger, quicker, more gifted hands, than you must train to have stronger, quicker, more gifted hands. The WAGs are the ultimate training aid to accomplish this goal.
What do Michael Jordon, Dwyane Wade, and Kobe Bryant all have in common? They've all been trained by Tim Grover, highly regarded in the NBA circles as one of the top athletic trainers in the world. This DVD focuses on handwork which, like footwork, is crucial to becoming a good athlete. This training video contains over 20 handwork drills that can be used with any sport, as well as over 30 drills that Tim Grover uses to train his professional athletes. Learn the secrets of training with the Weighted Agility Gloves™ in Tim Grover's first ever training DVD.
See the WAG in action:
The WAG puts weight and resistance right on the fingers, making for better workouts for increasing hand strength and speed. In our testing, 5 minutes of drill work with the WAG caused the same fatigue as a 20-30 minute technique driven individual lesson.
If have trouble keeping your weapon arm up in the later stages of DE bouts, or find your hand and arm tired at the end of a tournament, then these would make a good compliment to your training.
The Weighted Agility Gloves (WAGs) used by numerous professional and D-1 programs are the only FINGER WEIGHTED gloves designed to enhance finger, hand, wrist and forearm strength, speed, quickness, agility and dexterity. If you want to have the quickest, strongest, yet agile hands, then this product is for your overall hand and upper body enhancement. Along with the weights down every finger, the glove also has adjustable weights on the back of the hand. The glove can increase strength up to 40% and quickness up to 20%.
The WAGs are worn during the sport specific motion and there are over 50 drills that can be done with the gloves. The WAGs are a great addition to the weight room because they add the element of sport specific motion including quickness and speed. Just as we have had plyometrics for the feet and “foot-work,” we now have plyometrics for the hands; “hand-work.” The WAGs are also used extensively in baseball, football, and 30 other sports. |
