These blades are considered by most to be the best epee blades in the world.  They are manufactured at the Blaise Freres forge in France and come bare so you can fit your preferred epee point and wire for a full electric epee setup.  Blaise Freres blades are excellent in balance and point control and tend to be stiffer than other epee blades.
